The studio was designed by Wes Lachot Design Group. The studio is comprised of a 26’-6” x 19’-6” live room; a 9’-9” x 9’-9” angled drum iso booth; a smaller iso booth for guitars, vocals, and organs; and a sound lock that’s wired for Leslie cabinet and amplifiers.
The Artist House has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom can sleep three people, for a total of 6 beds. It has a full kitchen, living and dining area, and a washer/dryer. There is an outdoor screened-in patio and an in-ground pool during the summer.
The downstairs houses the artist lounge with a listening area, fully-functioning kitchen, entertainment area, restroom with shower and washer/dryer, and a bedroom.
